CRF50 seats for the top-of-the-line TSR88 models. Thumpstar uses step washers on their seats. It is important because the seat may crack if not used with step washers. Measurement: 465mm long; height from the ground: 21cm; mounting point from the start of the log: 24cm; actual log length is 20mm; width: 158mm.
CRF110 seats are standard CRF110 replica pit bike or minibike. It’s a double logs seat and two mounting points at the back. From the start of the log to the eye: 283mm; distance from log to log: 115mm; actual length of the log itself: 22mm; length of the seat: 545mm; height from ground: 20cm.
Thumpstar seat (new and improved) – similar to the CRF110 seat but the improved version. It has a single mounting point so just one bolt seat comes off. It has a single log CRF110 seat and a double log. When ordering, indicate if it’s a single log or a double log. Measurements: From the start of the log to the center of the bolt: 263mm; actual length of the log: 25mm; width of the seat: 17mm
Yamaha TTR 110 seat – length of the seat: 505mm; width: 180mm; start of the log to the center: 303mm; distance between the two mounting points: 165mm.

Brake Levers, Clutch Levers and Foldable Levers Information – Thumpstar

Foldable lever – not recommended since these are no longer used with Thumpstar. It is cheap though and is not recommended for long-term since it breaks easily than normal levers.
Standard lever – TSX models run this lever.
Thumpstar lever – the most basic lever and most reliable. It lasts a distance. Loosen off the bolts will enable the lever to move up. Total length: 17cm; height: 8cm; width: 5cm.
More expensive foldable lever – they bend up rather than breaking off. Made of CNC aluminium. Top-of-the-line.

Brake Lever: Length: 15cm; height: 4cm; width of the hole where the bolt goes through: 11mm; width on the standard thumpstar: 8mm.

Throttle Information – Thumpstar (Standard Throttle vs Quarter Turn vs CNC)

Few tips:
Quarter turn – 7/8 size (for any motorbike or to any handle bars) of an inch. Used for racing just to upgrade the bike. We personally don’t use this on Thumpstars. You get CNC ones will have middle housing or middle tube (threads into the housing). Stay clear of them.
Standard / Generic – 7/8 size. Measurements: length: 15.5cm; length including the actual throttle: 17cm; Thing you would want to make sure, the cable is located properly in the locator. If your throttle is sticky or not quite right, pull it to bits and locate the locator cable in the throttle. Make sure your throttle turn around and snaps right back.
CNC – once that’s all done, tie them up properly.
